Google Data Troubleshooting

Fix common issues with Google Search Console, analytics, and project URL mapping.

Google data issues usually come from account permissions, property mismatch, date ranges, or expired tokens.

Check Account Access

Confirm that the connected Google account has access to the Search Console or analytics property you want to use.

Check the Project URL

The project URL should match the property you expect. A domain property and a URL-prefix property may behave differently. If the app cannot find data, confirm that the project URL and Google property are aligned.

Check Date Range

Some reports appear empty if the selected date range has no data. Try a wider range such as 30 or 90 days.

Reconnect

If permissions changed or a token expired, disconnect and reconnect the Google account. Then reload the project data.

Review Logs

Open Logs and look for the exact Google error. Permission errors, quota errors, and missing property errors usually point to different fixes.
