Publishing

Post Now and Schedule: pick exactly what goes out, to which channels, and watch each delivery land.

A campaign produces more pieces than you want to publish at once. Publishing is where you choose which of them actually go out, and to where.

Selective Delivery

Post Now and Schedule both let you choose the exact campaign pieces to deliver. A single content version can be sent to any set of connected channels.

Per-channel media checks run over your selection first: invalid pieces are identified before delivery, and the valid ones stay ready to continue. You do not lose the whole batch because one image is too large for one platform.

Pre-publish Media Checks

Before a post goes out, attached images and videos are checked against each destination's real limits — file size, count, dimensions, duration, and format. Problems surface in the composer instead of failing at publish time.

Tracked Results

Delivery reports progress per piece and per destination:

  • Channel-level totals distinguish partial delivery from complete success.
  • Failures stay open for review or retry rather than disappearing behind a summary.
  • Public post links and failure details are retained, so the result is still clear when delivery finished in the background.
  • The full step-by-step log for each attempt lives in Distribution History.

Posts over a platform's limit are shortened at a word-safe, emoji-safe boundary on Bluesky, Mastodon, and Threads — and the result tells you the published text was shortened, rather than failing outright.

Cross-post to Another Channel

A piece written for one channel often works elsewhere unchanged. Post to other channel opens Post Now with nothing preselected, so a Discord announcement can be sent to X, reusing its text and attached media as-is.

Drafts That Survive

Schedule and New Campaign keep independent draft lists for every project. One project can hold Draft Campaign 1 and Draft Campaign 2 while work in other projects stays separate.

Drafts survive navigation and app restarts, and can be reopened or deleted. Clicking outside the Schedule composer no longer closes it; edits are saved as you work, and an explicit close waits for the latest draft to be stored.

Know Which Account Posts

A Show accounts toggle in New Campaign reveals the account, Page, site, or board behind each channel before you generate — useful when several Facebook Pages are connected and you need the right one mapped to this project.
