Privacy Policy

1MarketingTool is a desktop application built by StoicSoft. We design it to keep your marketing workspace, connected account data, and credentials local to your machine wherever possible. This policy explains how the desktop app and this website handle data, including data accessed through Google OAuth and Google APIs.

1MarketingTool desktop app: Your projects, keywords, briefs, drafts, assets, submissions, analytics imports, and workspace database are stored locally on your computer. We do not collect, transmit, or store that app workspace data on StoicSoft servers.

API keys and credentials: Provider credentials are stored locally using OS-provided secure storage where available, such as macOS Keychain or Windows Credential Manager. They are used to connect to the services you configure.

This website: We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and improve the site. Google may process technical information such as page views, browser details, approximate location, referrers, and device information according to its own policies.

Email contact: If you email us for product updates, support, or product questions, we use your email address and message content to reply and provide the requested updates.

If you connect Google, 1MarketingTool requests only the Google permissions needed for the Google features you choose to use. The app may access the following Google user data:

• Your Google account email address, used to label the connected account inside the app.
• Google Search Console properties, sites, and read-only search performance data, such as queries, pages, clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, sitemap data, and indexing diagnostics.
• Google Analytics 4 properties and read-only analytics reports, such as sessions, users, engagement, traffic sources, pages, and related dimensions and metrics.
• If you configure YouTube publishing, YouTube account/profile information needed to identify the connected channel and the videos, titles, descriptions, metadata, and visibility settings you choose to upload through the app.

1MarketingTool uses this Google user data to provide user-facing product features: importing Search Console sites as projects, building SEO and analytics dashboards, showing page-indexing and search-performance reports, and publishing videos to YouTube when you explicitly schedule or submit them. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, interest-based ads, credit decisions, lending decisions, data-broker products, or unrelated databases.

1MarketingTool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, information resellers, or other third parties for advertising or profiling. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

StoicSoft personnel do not read your Google user data unless you affirmatively provide specific data to us for support, it is necessary for security or abuse investigation, it is required by law, or the data has been aggregated for internal operations in a way that does not identify you.

1MarketingTool connects only to services you choose to configure, such as AI providers, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, publishing platforms, and directory or distribution services. Data sent to those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

Google data is not automatically sent to AI providers or publishing platforms by StoicSoft. If you intentionally include Google-derived reports in a prompt, export, scheduled post, or other action, that transfer is initiated by you and is used only to provide the feature you selected.

Payments for Pro licenses are processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not receive or store full payment card details.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of local 1MarketingTool data. If you export, share, or import files, those files remain under your control and should be protected like any other business data.

Google OAuth tokens, API keys, and provider credentials are stored locally using OS-provided secure storage where available, such as macOS Keychain or Windows Credential Manager. Google API requests are made over HTTPS. The app is designed so the renderer cannot directly access local credentials, the local database, or Node APIs.

Google user data imported into 1MarketingTool remains in the local app database until you delete the related project, clear the relevant app data, remove the app, or replace the local database from a backup. Disconnecting a Google account removes locally stored OAuth tokens for that connection.

You can also revoke 1MarketingTool's Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of information you sent directly to StoicSoft for support or account purposes, email [email protected].

1MarketingTool is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as 1MarketingTool evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new update date.
