When you purchase a 1MarketingTool Pro license, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the software for the device count shown at checkout. Free use is available within the limits described in the product.

We may release updates, fixes, and new features over time. Access to future major versions, paid upgrades, or additional services may require a separate purchase.

You are responsible for how you use 1MarketingTool, including generated content, publishing workflows, directory submissions, and integrations with third-party services. Do not use the software to violate laws, platform rules, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others.

If you connect Google, YouTube, publishing channels, AI providers, SEO providers, or other third-party services, you authorize 1MarketingTool to access those services and take actions you request through the app, such as reading Search Console or GA4 reports, importing properties, checking page indexing, or uploading a video to YouTube.

You are responsible for complying with each connected service's terms, platform rules, API policies, rate limits, and content policies. For Google API Services, 1MarketingTool uses Google user data only as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

1MarketingTool can connect to external providers through API keys or accounts you configure. StoicSoft is not responsible for the availability, pricing, outputs, moderation, policy decisions, or data handling of those third-party services.

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund for 1MarketingTool purchases. Email us from the order email, or include the order email and receipt, within 7 days of purchase and we will process the refund through Lemon Squeezy.

1MarketingTool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for lost data, lost revenue, ranking changes, publishing mistakes, or damages resulting from use of the software. Maintain backups of important local data and review generated or submitted content before publication.

We may modify these terms as the product changes. Continued use of 1MarketingTool after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
