Alerts, Reports, and Updates

The Activity Center inbox for background work, shareable HTML reports, and how app updates behave.

Trackers, audits, and scheduled sweeps run in the background. When one of them finds something — or dies — you should not have to go looking.

The Alert Inbox

The Activity Center bell collects what background work found:

  • AI-visibility drops and gains.
  • A competitor moving ahead of you.
  • A failed tracker run.
  • Any background task that died off-screen.

Unread alerts turn the bell accent-coloured with a count, and clicking one opens the tracker or page it is about.

Desktop banners are on by default with a severity floor, and can be muted from the inbox itself. A repeating failure produces one alert rather than one per sweep.

Shareable HTML Reports

AI-visibility trackers and site audits export a single self-contained HTML file — metrics, trend chart, tracked terms, competitors, issues by severity. It opens in any browser, prints cleanly, and needs no network access, so it can be emailed to a client or attached to a ticket as-is.

App Updates

A dedicated Updates settings page controls how updates reach you:

SettingWhat it does
Notification styleA passive toolbar pill, the full update dialog, or silent
Automatic downloadsWhether updates download in the background
Install on quitWhether a downloaded update installs when you close the app
Check intervalHow often the app looks for a new version

The toolbar moves from available to download progress to relaunch-ready without interrupting work. The dialog can start a background download, close safely, and reconnect to the same progress when reopened. Interrupted downloads retry automatically after a network or VPN change.

Licence-aware offers. Feature releases respect each Pro licence's included update window. A release outside that window routes you to renewal instead of downloading automatically — and the version you already installed keeps working, with its features unlocked, without a subscription.

Zoom the Whole App

A zoom control in the status bar shows the current percentage, with matching View menu items and shortcuts. Your setting is remembered between launches.
