Distribution Performance

See how your published posts actually performed, using each platform's own analytics rather than estimates.

Distribution Performance sits between Channels and Distribution History. It reports what happened after you published — read from each platform's official analytics API, not modelled or estimated.

What It Reports

For any period you pick:

  • Totals — posts, exposure, reach, and engagement.
  • Trend chart — how those totals moved over time.
  • Best time to post — a heatmap built from your own results, not generic advice.
  • Top posts — what actually landed.
  • Per-channel comparison — where your effort is paying off.
  • Conversations answered — how many audience replies earned a reply back.

Covered Channels

X/Twitter, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, and Mastodon.

Metrics refresh when you open the app and periodically after that. Historical posts are backfilled where their identity is unambiguous — if the app cannot be certain a platform post is yours, it leaves it out rather than guessing.

Honest Numbers

Every number carries its source, freshness, and coverage. A metric a platform does not expose is labelled unavailable — it is never shown as zero. A zero in this dashboard means zero.

Analytics Permissions

Reading analytics needs more permission than publishing does. When you connect or reconnect a channel, 1MarketingTool can request the extra read scopes its analytics API requires.

If a channel was connected before those scopes existed, reconnect it — the dashboard will show the channel but no metrics until the permission is granted.
