Khắc phục Publishing
Sửa scheduled post lỗi, channel token hết hạn, media thiếu và provider rate limit.
Lỗi publishing thường do token, provider limit, content không hợp lệ hoặc media bị thiếu.
Token lỗi
Reconnect channel nếu token hết hạn, account password thay đổi hoặc provider revoke access.
Provider limit
Social platform có thể từ chối post vì rate limit, duplicate content, link policy hoặc media limit. Kiểm tra provider response trong Logs.
Content lỗi
Review post trước khi retry:
- Text length.
- Required media.
- Broken link.
- Unsupported file type.
- Thread formatting.
Scheduling local
Scheduling là local-first. Giữ app khả dụng quanh thời điểm schedule và xác nhận máy có network access.
Retry an toàn
Trước khi retry, kiểm tra provider đã publish post chưa. Một số lỗi xảy ra sau khi provider nhận request nhưng trước khi app nhận confirmation.
