Recoverable Drafts

Keep a separate list of in-progress drafts for every project, so unfinished campaigns and scheduled posts wait for you instead of disappearing. Drafts survive navigation and app restarts, and each one can be reopened, finished, or deleted.

A closer look at Recoverable Drafts

Content Library list where a saved campaign carries a Draft status badge next to published and mixed-status campaigns, each row showing channels, website, and date.

Why you need this

How it changes your marketing workflow

Marketing rarely gets finished in one sitting, especially across more than one project. Before this, a single "current draft" slot meant that the moment you switched projects or closed the app, half-written work was gone — and whichever campaign you touched last overwrote the rest. Per-project recoverable drafts remove that risk: every project holds its own stack of unfinished work, stored locally, and nothing is lost between sessions.

How it works

From open to result in a few steps

1
1

Start without finishing

Begin a campaign in New Campaign or a post in the Schedule composer, then step away — the footer auto-saves it ('Draft saved') instead of discarding it.

2
2

Find it in the Library or Drafts rail

Saved campaigns appear in the Content Library with a Draft status badge; unfinished scheduled posts collect in the Content Calendar's Drafts rail with their channel count and last-saved time.

3
3

Reopen and continue

Open any draft to pick up exactly where you left off. Use the Draft dropdown or the New draft button to keep several drafts going in one project at once.

4
4

Keep projects separate

Drafts are scoped per project and stored locally on your machine, so switching projects switches the draft list and a restart never loses anything.

Without 1MarketingTool

The old, fragmented way vs. one local app

The hard way

One fragile "current draft" slot: switching projects or closing the composer discarded whatever you had in progress, and the last campaign you touched overwrote the rest.

The 1MarketingTool way

Every project keeps its own list of recoverable drafts that survive navigation and restarts — reopen, finish, or delete each one whenever you come back.

Why it matters

The payoff of having content machine built into your workspace

Nothing is lost between sessions

Close the app, reboot, come back a week later — every draft is still there, stored locally on your machine.

Run several campaigns in parallel

A launch campaign and a routine weekly post can be in flight in the same project without one overwriting the other.

Work in short bursts

Stop mid-sentence and resume later at no cost, which suits marketing done in the gaps between other work.
