Approved Agent Publishing
Let AI agents list your channels, publish library pieces, schedule them and cancel scheduled posts, while keeping approval a human step. With the Approved content only guardrail, an agent can post only pieces a person approved, using the approved text.

Why you need this
How it changes your marketing workflow
An agent that can write your launch post in seconds still leaves you copying it into a scheduler, because handing it posting rights feels like one bad prompt away from a half-finished draft on your brand account. The Publishing tool group removes the copy-paste step, and the approval guardrail removes the risk: you approve pieces in the Library, and the agent can post only those, word for word. Agent posts run through the same publishing path as yours, so nothing bypasses channel mapping, paused channels or the Activity Center.
How it works
From open to result in a few steps
Choose the guardrail
In AI Access → Tools & permissions, under Publishing, pick Approved content only. Any content is the default and lets agents post fresh drafts too.
Approve the pieces
Open a piece and click Approve, which saves pending edits first, or select drafts in the Content Library and use the bulk Approve action.
Ask your agent to post
The agent lists your channels, then publishes or schedules the approved pieces with the approved text.
Track the result
Posts appear in the Activity Center like manual ones, and the agent can list scheduled posts or cancel one that has not gone out.

Why it matters
The payoff of having distribution built into your workspace
No copy-paste handoff
The agent that wrote the post can also schedule it.
Nothing unapproved goes out
In approved mode, drafts and rewritten text are refused with a reason.
Approval covers what you saw
Approve saves your pending edits first, so the approved text is the text on screen.
Same rules as manual posts
Channel mapping, paused channels and failure alerts apply to agent posts too.

Content Calendar
Plan, schedule, and auto-publish posts across your connected social channels — local-first timing with per-channel overrides.
Channels
Connect the social accounts you publish to — X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Bluesky, and Mastodon. Tokens stay in your OS keychain and never leave this machine.
Campaign Delivery Controls
Post now or schedule campaign delivery with a readiness preview — choose the exact pieces and channels to send, reuse a single version across selected connected channels, and let per-channel media checks automatically exclude invalid pieces before anything publishes.
Project-aware Channels
Manage publishing connectors per project, across all projects, or through a project-channel matrix so every product publishes through the right account.
